About Andrew Trask
Andrew Trask has defended more than 100 class actions, involving all stages of the litigation process. While his work has concentrated on products-liability and consumer-fraud cases, he has also defended class actions involving securities, ERISA, the US antitrust laws, and environmental claims, among others.
Andrew writes and speaks frequently about class actions and related issues (see below for a complete list). He is the co-author (with Brian Anderson) of The Class Action Playbook (Oxford University Press, 2010). He also tweets about class-action strategy as @ClassStrategist.
