Bryan A. Fratkin
In addition to serving as co-chair of the class action team, Bryan co-chairs the firm’s consumer financial services litigation practice group. He represents large financial institutions involved in credit card, banking, and mortgage litigation. In several cases brought as putative class actions, he has prevailed on motions requiring arbitration on an individual, non-class basis.
Bethany has over 15 years of experience litigating class actions and complex litigation, including the defense of antitrust matters, consumer class actions, mass tort and product liability claims, and commercial disputes. Bethany represents global clients, including Fortune 100 companies and product manufacturers, as national counsel in federal and state courts around the country and has significant first chair and liaison counsel experience in complex civil and class action litigation and multidistrict litigation.
Andrew has defended more than 100 class actions, involving all stages of the litigation process. While his work has concentrated on products liability and consumer fraud cases, he has also defended class actions involving telecommunications products, business contracts, securities, ERISA, the U.S. antitrust laws and environmental claims, among others.

Locke represents clients in all phases of business litigation in state and federal courts. He also has significant class action experience, both in the financial services context as well as on behalf of corporations defending shareholder claims arising from mergers and other corporate action.
Matthew J. Reynolds
Matt’s broad-based litigation practice focuses on government and corporate internal investigations under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, federal securities laws, federal election laws, and other regulatory regimes. He
also has extensive experience in class-action and antitrust litigation, as well as compliance counseling and audits.
